General FAQs

What do IPX ratings mean?
IPX ratings mean that the headphones are protected from a splash of water in any direction. An IPX water-seal rating ensures the instrument will show no adverse damage even if exposed to water splashing from any direction. However, the instrument is not water-proof, so it should never be washed with water or left immersed in water.

Am I able to swim with the Wireless Sport Earphones?
No, the IPX4 rating will not cover submersion, so do not place them directly in water.

What is the difference between MFI and Android?
